I've been a therapist for 15 years, studying and developing my experience in a wide range of complementary therapies including Acupressure, Shiatsu, Reiki, Colour Therapy, Kinesiology, Indian Head massage and Kahuna massage.  And also Flower Remedies, Hopi Ear Candling and Iridology.  I studied Thai massage in both England and Thailand and have been a fully qualified Reflexologist since 2001.  I have worked in private clinics and sports centres in the UK and abroad.

I work empathically and intuitively to relax and free the tensions on a healing level.  Working with the physical body, I find it gives access to the centre of the soul. By understanding the body and its energetic flow it is possible to affect the whole system- physically, emotionally and mentally.  Originally I trained as an aerobics teacher and later leaned towards massage and complementary therapy.  Interested in ‘how the body works’ both physically and spiritually and am always hungry to learn more.
